Ceroc's only Sunday Class

30 minutes from Edgware, 25 minutes from Chelmsford. Fantastic venue, Huge car park, Fully licenced, Great dance floor. regular 130-150 DJ's Tezi and Robin, As in the guys who keep the JiveIN kicking for 4 hours.

Chigwell is one of my favourite  venues, not only because it is where I started teaching but also because it is unique in its relaxed atmosphere. The venue is almost designed for Ceroc. A large sprung dance floor, excellent sound system, air-conditioning and grounds  surrounding the venue which include an outdoor swimming pool.

The venue has a full bar, and restaurant. It has become customary after  the dancing to congregate in the Bar/dining room for coffees and wind down which  makes the whole night extremely sociable.

The venue plays host to our more major workshops, mainly due to the  facilities available. There has been a Black Tie Christmas Ball at Chigwell for the past 8 years which has almost become legendary. All 200 tickets sold out in 2000 in just 36 hours.

Being the only Sunday night Ceroc venue, it is very popular. Please note  the earlier start time of 7.00pm with freestyle going on to 10.30. That means  Two hours of freestyle on regular nights and an extra half hour, ending at  11.00pm on Bank holiday weekends. The freestyle nights/dances go on to midnight.

This very is well worth the trip. Especially when you have all Sunday to get there. We often see dancers pop in from places far away as Norwich,  Peterborough, and Bournemouth and yes they do come back!
